Brian McNamara is no stranger to Lifetime. Before Army Wives he appeared in such Lifetime movies as Caught in the Act and more recently in The Secret Lives of Second Wives. The actor's extensive television resume includes Criminal Minds, Boston Legal, Monk ER and CSI. In the world of film, McNamara has appeared in I Know Who Killed Me with Lindsay Lohan, Mystery Date with Ethan Hawke, and Arachnophobia with John Goodman and Jeff Daniels. McNamara plays top-ranking officer Brigadier General Michael Holden, a military dad married to Claudia Joy Holden.
